| Park Avenue Manor has four guest rooms, all upstairs, each with queen size bed, private bath, and sitting area. Each room has cable TV, fireplace has been retro-fitted with blue-flame heater; our home has central air. Brownies and sherry are always available for our guests, we have free off-street parking. Smoking is allowed outside only. Sorry, no guests under age 16, no guest pets (we have our own pets). Rate is single or double occupancy, two persons maximum in each room, tax is 13%. |

The Savannah Room Welcome to our home and The Savannah Room, which honors the steamship Savannah. Sailing to Liverpool, England, from Savannah, Georgia, in 1819, it was the first steamship to cross the Atlantic Ocean. This room is furnished with a queen size four-poster bed, antique armoire and chairs, period Savannah engravings and memorabilia. The bed is dressed in handmade and vintage quilts, the windows with silk black-out draperies. Room is: Upstairs, has sitting area, fireplace retro-fitted with blue-flame heater.
