Park Avenue Manor - Savannah, Georgia
 Welcome to the Historic Savannah District and our 1889 Victorian home. Our B&B has four guest rooms, all upstairs, each with queen size bed, private bathroom, and sitting area. We serve a full breakfast at 8:30am each day; brownies and sherry are always available for our guests. We have free off-street parking and free Wi-fi. We are located at the SW corner of Forsyth Park, about a 20 minute walk through the Historic District to River Street. Sorry, no guests under age 16, no guest pets (we have our own pets).

Welcome to our home, help yourself to brownies and sherry if you like; enjoy exploring our collection of Savannah artifacts including a stereo viewer and cards, slave tag, key to the city, Civil War grapeshot, spent slugs and ephemera, deeds to Laurel Grove Cemetery plots, an 1860s chemise & petticoat, and books about Historic Savannah. Parlor Enjoy a game of chess on the War Between the States game board, call for a trolley tour on the 1897 Paris telephone, or just relax after a day of exploring the Historic District.
