    Note: A one night stay may be approved with cleaning surcharge. Please call for availability.

  • Smoking is not allowed in rooms, ashtrays are provided outside on individual porches.

The Overlook Inn at Nighttime

Reservation Policy:
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card (Visa, MC, and American Express accepted).
No reservations held on declined credit cards.
Total rental charges due at check-in.
Personal checks only accepted if received 14 days in advance of reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
30 days in advance of arrival date - Full refund less $30 reservation fee.
29 - 14 days in advance – Deposit is non-refundable. Will be charged full rental amount but may choose alternate non-cancelable dates.
13 days or less in advance – Deposit is non-refundable. Will be charged full rental amount unless we are able to re-book the room for the same time period.

Note: No refunds given for early departure, weather conditions or power outages.
