The Inn features 5 lovely rooms and 3 open suites. The 3 romantic king rooms are in the original 1820 structure and exude historical charm. The 2 elegant queen rooms offer different personalities - one is bright and casual, the other is dark and formal. The 3 open suites offer a queen bed and a comfortable couch in a large sitting area. One of the open suites in the Carriage House also has a single bed and can accommodate 3 overnight guests. Regular weekend rates are $139 to $169 plus state and local taxes. Rates are seasonal and vary between room types. In addition, special event surcharges and pre-payment may apply. There is an extra $40 charge for a third person in the Carriage House open suite.

We specialize in quiet, weekend getaways - consequently we offer an adults only environment that only accepts children 17 years of age and over. For your added privacy, use of the inn and grounds is limited to overnight guests only. We regret that we can not accept pets, but would be delighted to make arrangements for boarding your pets nearby. Smoking is not permitted in the Inn or the Carriage House. Smoking is permitted outside on the verandah and on all patios.

Reservation Invormation We host guests only on Friday and Saturday nights. Reservations made 3 months prior to arrival date or for 3 or more rooms require 30 day cancellation notice. In all cases a $25 cancellation fee per booked room applies. Certain special events(including UGA graduation and home football games) require non-refundable payment at time of booking and 2 night minimum stay. Check In/Check Out Check in time is between 4 PM and 6 PM (other times may be arranged). Please don't plan to arrive before 4 PM as we are shopping and house cleaning in preparation for your visit. Check out time is 11 AM We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover. Harry & Celeste Neely are the proprietors and innkeepers.
