Chef Susana Gifford has been cooking professionally for over 20 years, she is a graduate of The NY Cooking School with additional training and study in Europe. Her passion for food started with rigorous training in French, Italian and Viennese Pastry. Susana was a successful pastry chef and bakery owner in New York before deciding to expand her skill to include the preparation of high quality food. Open Tuesday - Friday, 8:00 am ~ 2:30 pm. | McIntosh Manor boasts 5 enchanting rooms for you to choose from. All rooms come with cable television, cozy beds, and charming collectibles to remind you of the years gone by. A mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave and ironing board are also available for our guests. Rooms range in price from $80 - $100. |
| The Victorian Room | Features a queen sized bed, television, private bath, and charming collectibles. |
| The Sapelo Room | Features a king sized bed, television, and private bath. |
| The Nautical Room | Features a full and twin sized beds, and a shared bath with the Music Room. These two rooms make for the perfect family suite. |
| The Music Room | Full sized bed, television, and several antique instruments. The shared bath with the Nautical Room, makes it the perfect suite for families. |
| The Sweetheart Room | Conveniently located on the first floor, it boasts a private bath, comfy full sized bed, and television. |
| Log Cabin Accommodations | If you're looking for a furnished stay with a little more privacy, the Log Cabin Apartment is just the place for you! Conveniently located just 30 seconds from the Manor, it boasts 1 Bedroom and 1 Bath. Rent is $100 per night, or $1200 per month. |
