The Walton Room - $115 plus tax Named for the original family who built the house -- features a marvelous Eastlake bed, two comfortable arm chairs, a grandfather's desk, a collection of antique hat boxes, magazines and a private bath with a shower big enough for two.

The Green Room - $115 plus tax

A lovely room -- lace curtains, a carved walnut bed, a family quilt, two comfortable chairs for reading, our angel collection, and the bath has double sinks and a shower with a built-in seat.

Carrie's Corner - $115 plus tax Carrie was born in 1865 -- the adored mother of Ken's father (who passed away at the age of 103 in 1999). This very private corner room has a tall walnut bed with faux painting, a sofa, a rocker, a TV with video player, magazines, and lots of pictures of Carrie and her family.

The bath has double sinks and a shower with a seat. The walk-in closet doubles as a dressing room. Breakfast may be served in this special suite.

Miss Louise's Suite - $135 plux tax

Upstairs very private suite offers Miss Louise's prized tiger maple bedroom set -- given to her on her 13th birthday in 1916. A charming dormer with a bookcase and antique twin bed can be curtained off for privacy. A twin roll-a-way is also available. A small sitting room with oriental touches boasts a TV and a video player. The ample bath has two sinks and a shower.

Miss Virginia's Suite - $135 plus tax

This upstairs suite has Miss Virginia's wonderful fourposter bed. Dormers have been used for an 1890's iron twin bed and for a reading nook. The small sitting room has two Queen Anne style recliners, a grandmother's wicker rocker, and a TV with video player. The private bath has a shower. An air of complete privacy makes this suite very appealing. Breakfast for two may be served in this suite.

• Each of the five guest quarters has independent thermostats, queen-size beds, and private baths.
  
• The Walton Room can accommodate wheel chairs, and a ramp leads to offstreet parking.
  

• Rates for double occupancy range from $115 - $135 plus 10% tax.
  
• There is a $30 charge for each additional person in the two upstairs suites.
  
• A deposit of one half of your total bill is required with your reservation.
  
• Cancellations with full refund are accepted up to 96 hours prior to your scheduled stay; 1 week for Holidays.
  
• Payment may be made by cash, personal check and all major credit cards.
  
• Gift certificates are available.
  
• Occupancy for well mannered children, accompanied by attentive parents, will be considered on an individual basis.
  
• No smoking is permitted in the house or on the porch.
  
• Although Magnolia Hall is home to a friendly outside cat (Tabitha), regrettably, we cannot accommodate pets.
  
• Unless prior arrangement is made: Check-in is 4:00-6:00 p.m. and Check-out is 11:00 a.m.
