Washington, Georgia was incorporated in 1904 and is as rich in history as it is antebellum homes. Within the city limits are 2 national landmarks, four national register districts and fourteen properties individually listed on the national historic register. One of the loveliest of these properties is the Holly Court Inn.

The historic Inn was where Mrs. Jefferson Davis awaited her husband to return after the fall of Richmond. Situated on two beautifully landscaped acres located just two blocks from the charming town square, Holly Court is Ideal for private retreats, weddings and special events.
