An Elegant Victorian House, over 160 years old, located on 2.5 acres of landscaped gardens and pecan trees in historic Greensboro, Georgia, the heart of the Lake Oconee District. Come sit on our veranda, listen to the birds, feel the breeze and let the cares of the world melt away. We're just a short ride from Atlanta, Augusta or Athens, but light-years away from city living.

We have five spacious, comfortable bedrooms; three rooms with private baths and two rooms with a shared
semi-private bath. A full breakfast is served in the dining room. Double occupancy Rates: $149 per night

Rates & Policies

All rooms are $169 per night, plus applicable taxes.
(Except during Masters Tournament week: $249)
Payment: cash, personal checks, travelers cheques, visa or mastercard.
A 50% deposit is required.
Cancellations must be made fourteen (14) days prior to check in to receive a refund of the deposit.
We have six spacious, comfortable bedrooms; four rooms with private baths and two rooms with a shared semi-private bath.
Five rooms have queen size beds; one has twin beds.
Four rooms are on the second floor; one is on the first; one is pool-side in the Cabana House.
A full breakfast is served in the dining room.
Check in: 3 PM to 8 PM. If you expect to be later than 8 PM, please make arrangements with the innkeeper in advance.
Check out: Noon.
Children over 14 are welcome.
We can not accommodate guest pets.
Ample off-street parking.
