Originally constructed in 1897 and completely renovated in 1998, the Inn contains a mixture of luxurious guest rooms and suites plus a cottage, each furnished with a single king or queen size 4-poster bed or sleigh bed, private bath, color TV with full cable, ceiling fans, central air, and in-room phones.

Several rooms have working fireplaces. The British-Colonial furnishings reflect exquisitely upon both Savannah's colonial roots and its subtropical ambiance.
