The Gastonian

• For any type of function, we do require a two-night full house booking. The nightly rate for all 17 guest rooms is $5,700 plus tax (13%). The rate includes accommodation for up to 34 guests, a full Southern gourmet breakfast each morning and a selection of afternoon wine, coffee and hors d’oeuvres from 4:30-6 pm as well as homemade sweets, coffee and cordials from 8-10 pm.
• We do require a one night deposit in order to guarantee the reservation and have a 120 day cancellation policy. Cancellation within 120 days of the day of arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
• The Gastonian has limited dining space, but can accommodate up to 22 guests for a formal sit-down dinner. For a more casual cocktail reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres, we can accommodate up to 35-50 people.
