  • Since Hillside Cottage and Ellis Lane Farmhouse have their own kitchens they can be reserved for the lower amount with no breakfast included.
  • A two night minimum is required on holiday and local event weekends and for weekend reservations made more than 2 months in advance. Discounts are available for group, corporate or longer term stays.
