The equestrian pasture, lily-dotted lake with swans and geese, cascading waterfalls and hiking/riding trails through stunning mountain views bring European charm to the foothills of the North Georgia Mountains.

Sugar Maple - This room is set in the octagonal addition to the original log home and has a panoramic view of the entire property including the lake, mountains, and the pasture. A seating area within the room, a well appointed full bath, and a quiet corner make this room all you imagine in a mountain chalet. Step out into the private balcony and see nature unfold. You will not want to leave the deck. Weekday: $225 per night, Weekend: $275 per night Sugar Maple

Red Oak Red Oak - This room is set in the upper level of the original log home and was its master suite. Wake up to a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains that gives you the feeling of being in a quaint Swiss chalet. The room immediately draws you to its private balcony that overlooks the lake and the mountains. Adjacent to the master suite is the family den and keeping room with its own fireplace, lounge, and video room. Weekday: $200 per night, Weekend: $250 per night

Dogwood - This room is in the main level of the original home and opens into the galley with spectacular views of the lake and the mountains. It shares the full bath with the Hemlock. Weekday: $175 per night, Weekend: $200 per night Dogwood

Hemlock Hemlock - This room is the coziest of all the rooms in the lodge and very private. It shares a common bath with the Dogwood and is ideal for a family of four when combined with the Dogwood. Weekday: $150 per night, Weekend: $175 per night

Policies

  • Two night minimum.
  • No children or pets allowed at the lodge.
  • Falling Waters is a smoke-free environment; ashtrays are provided outside.
  • Gift baskets and flowers are available. Please call for info.
  • Check-in: 3 PM - 5 PM
  • Check-out: 11 AM
  • Reservation Policy:
    All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted.) Total rental charges due at check-in.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    30 days in advance of arrival
    Full refund less $25 reservation fee
