The Eliza Thompson House consists of 12 rooms in the "Main House" and 13 rooms in the "Carriage House," which overlooks the courtyard. The rooms at the Eliza Thompson House reflect the paint colors and style of the home's original decor. Each room has premium soaps and amenities, bathrobes, a modern, private bath, and complimentary wireless Internet access. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also provided in each room.

The Carriage House Rooms

Each Carriage House Room is uniquely styled, but all feature either a queen or king size bed,
and antique furnishings. Details, such as antique art and accessories, make each room a delight.
French doors open onto our signature courtyard with flowing fountain and koi pond.

Main House Rooms

The three floors of Eliza Thompson House's "Main House" contain some of the most exquisite rooms in Savannah. Each room is unique, but here you'll find four-poster rice beds, in Queen Size and King Size, 12' ceilings, antique sofas, armoires, dressing tables, ornate fireplaces, bay windows, hardwood floors and oriental rugs.

  • All rooms at The Eliza Thompson House are non-smoking rooms.
  • Children under the age of 12 and pets are not allowed because of our authentic antiques and irreplacable items of decor.
  • 3 p.m. check in, 11 a.m. check out
  • The hotel/motel tax in historic Savannah is 13%. Tax is not included in your room rate.
  • Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance. Cancellations made after 7 days notice are subject to one nights room and tax. One night room and tax charged at time of reservation.
  • Parking at the Eliza Thompson House is limited to street parking, however at check-in you may purchase a 48 hour pass for $12 or a 24 hour pass for $7. This pass is valid at any city meter marked for one hour or more as well as any city garage. Meters in our area run from Monday through Friday 8 a.m to 5 p.m
  • Black-out dates apply, so some discount web rates may not always be available. Rate changes may apply during your stay.
  • Rates are based on double occupancy.
  • There is an additional charge for children 12 and over.
  • If you are reserving St. Patricks Day dates in March, please note additional special conditions.
    • Reservation terms and conditions for St. Patricks day week.
    • All credit cards will be charged at the time of reservation, cancellation policy is February 1.
    • All cancellations following February 1, will be subject to full charge of entire stay.
