The most comprehensive and, to our eye, the most romantic wedding facility in the area is an exceptional setting for receptions, ceremonies, showers, rehearsal dinners, parties and overnight accommodations. Four acres of gardens on four terraces overlooking an acre of woods can accommodate events of 350 people, or provide intimate spaces for small, family affairs. The Manor is walking distance to a non-denominational private sanctuary.
Weekend Wedding Packages
Friday evening: use of space for rehearsal, rehearsal dinner or family gathering. Unlimited wedding rehearsal time beginning 3 p.m. Friday.
Use of the Manor House and grounds for your wedding and reception on Saturday. Use of professional indoor and outdoor sound system for background music. 6 guestrooms for Friday and Saturday nights. All rooms have private baths and complete gourmet breakfast for both Saturday and Sunday mornings. Sleeping accommodations for up to 15 people. Use of space for a bridal brunch Saturday-in lieu of breakfast. ($12 per non-registered guests)
Access to a full service, on-site rental company for additional tents, tables, linens, dance floor, etc.
The weekend package, stated above, from March through October, is $5200
The deposit to reserve a date is $500. We retain this amount as a damage deposit until the first business day after your event. However, it is non-refundable in case
of cancellation or change of date. Full payment is due one month prior to your event. All other equipment is at additional charge. Check-in is at 3:00 on Friday, check-out is noon on Sunday. These prices are subject to change.
One Day Weekend Wedding Ceremonies
The reception fee for Sundays in all months is $2400
This fee is for the use of the reception facility and a bride’s room, anytime after noon on Sunday and for a period of about 8 hours. All other rooms & equipment are at additional charges. The deposit to reserve a date is $500. We retain this amount as a damage deposit until
the first business day after your event. However, it is non-refundable in case of cancellation or change of date. Full payment is due one month prior to your event.
Normally we do not allow children under the age of 16 to stay here overnight. Exceptions can be made if we are informed of how many children and of what ages.
