The garden level includes a spacious living room and dining area furnished with antiques, a convertible sofa for extra guests and a 27 inch cable TV, a powder room and a full kitchen with washer and dryer. The kitchen is stocked with orange juice, fruit, cereal, muffins, coffee, tea and milk for guests to enjoy breakfast at their leisure.
