We are proud of all of the Inns we represent in the transfer process. All of them, aside from being of high quality and fairly priced, have special features that appeal to future Innkeepers. This outstanding Washington State Inn is no exception!
The Inn is open 363 days a year. In addition to weekend getaways from the Seattle, Portland and Tacoma markets, the Inn has a strong appeal to outdoor enthusiasts. Full restaurant activity serves both the Inn guests and the general public. While the restaurant is active in-season, it reverts to a weekend schedule in the fall and winter.
In addition to the 14 guest rooms and restaurant, there is a gift shop and day spa. Twelve guest rooms are in the main Inn. The two additional rooms are separate three-bedroom Guest Houses. Sales in 2007 were over $610,000, with 42% occupancy. This impressive sales figure occurred despite the National Park closing from November 2006 to May 7, 2007 for the first time since World War II!
