The original home is approximately 1500 square feet and has two bedrooms, dining room, Arizona, living room, bathroom, laundry room, pantry, and patio. The living room has a gas fireplace and is heated and cooled with a heat pump.

The two guest cottages connect to the main house via a portico. The cottages are studio style, each with a bathroom and kitchen. Cottage-1 has a perfect view of sunsets over the Dragoon and Mule mountains. Cottage-2 has a perfect view of sunrises over the Chiricahuas and Swisselm mountains. These cottages can be used as B&Bs, in-law apartments, art studios, or offices. All residences have fiber optic (high speed) internet.

The front of the property is xeriscaped with native plants. The back yard has drip irrigation on a timer. The outdoor (hot and cold water) shower is surrounded by an arbor with climbing honeysuckle vines.

Whitewater Draw, known internationally by birders as the place to see Sandhill cranes from mid October through mid February, is just 10 minutes away by car.

This property abuts about 1000 acres of land that has been divided into parcels and sold, but there is currently only one house (about 1 mile away) under construction. The owners will be part-time residents of the area. The other nearest neighbors are about 1.5 miles away.
