The 1800's-era, Federal-style inn is situated on a 1-1/4 acre site and features 5 guest rooms, all with private baths. It's hard to imagine being only 4 miles from Penn State, but out in the country with a babbling brook and peaceful waterfall.

Pleasant owner's quarters, plenty of storage, and a peacefulness the innkeepers also enjoy, this inn is not quite big enough to be an investment grade inn, but offers the lifestyle of the B & B experience.
