Sir Edward's Folly is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops, There are three bedrooms each with a private bath, two en suite and one down a short hall. The living room is spacious and the dining room will accommodate 6 people easily. The kitchen is comfortably large to work in. There is also an innkeepers living room/bedroom combination apart from the main part of the house and a small room for innkeepers in the main part of the house. There are two gardens at this time, one is a perennial and the other a mix of perennial/vegetable. The Town of Narragansett has numerous events throughout the year with the majority of them in the Summer and early Fall, producing a steady stream of guests.
