Cannon Falls is a short 30-45 minute drive to all points in Minneapolis or St. Paul, and the Quill & Quilt is the only bed & breakfast in Cannon Falls.

There are 5 guest rooms, all appointed with whirlpools, attached bathrooms, fireplaces, TV/DVD and top quality furniture.  Further, the configuration of the house separates guest and homeowner areas well. 

Everything needed to run this B&B is included.  In addition, up to two weeks of direct instruction/consulting on all aspects of the house and business is included if desired.

The property and structure are in pristine condition and have been very well maintained. Many of the infrastructure and critical features to operate as bed and breakfast have been upgraded, installed or re-done in the past few years.  This place is truly beautiful, filled with charm, plus it functions very well.

The house has 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, two bedrooms and the other 2 bathrooms are essentially part of the innkeepers living space. The other bedroom is currently used for massage services.  The innkeeper area is very nice and very private from the guest areas.

Also, marketing efforts over the past couple of years have been effective.   These factors combined with the quality of the home, location, and Cannon Falls as a destination combine to make for this B&B to be a very appealing option to visit near the Twin Cities.

The Cannon Valley Trail is the busiest bike trail in the area, it links Red Wing, MN to Cannon Falls.  The Cannon River Winery is the #1 producer of wine in MN, as well as the most awarded in the region. Both points of interest, along with the falls, trails, and downtown are only a couple blocks from The Quill & Quilt.

This is a profitable bed & breakfast facility and business operation for a number of reasons.  If you are looking for an excellent B&B to live in, that is located in a wonderful little town but is a short drive to a major city, this could be that place!
