Select a two room guest suite with fireplace and canopy antique bed or one of the guest rooms that features an antique wood, four poster bed. Other guest rooms feature cast iron or brass beds with wicker filled sitting areas. The Red Oak room boasts its own private treehouse deck, tucked away quietly in the surrounding tall maple trees.
The Maples offers an ideal location on a quiet residential street, yet close to everything. The porch and gardens at this inn are just gorgeous and are illuminated in the evening for visual enjoyment. The inn is immaculate and very well maintained. There is a wood burning fireplace in the common living room, a spacious and bright dining room where guests enjoy a full breakfast. With Acadia National Park at its doorstep, the inn enjoys a steady stream of guests during the season.
Open seasonally from late May to mid-October, this inn offers a nice solid business, while still allowing potential for growth.
The owner's quarters setup is comfortable, with a private entrance from the driveway into an office and laundry room off the spacious kitchen. Off the kitchen is a large master bedroom with private bath with shower. There is a full unfinished basement if someone wanted to add more owner's living space right now it is used for storage and extra refrigeration.
