Fifteen superior guest rooms are distributed between two buildings. In addition, the main house boasts a spacious first floor featuring a fully-licensed cocktail lounge currently being used primarily as a guest amenity. This room is also used for luncheons and other functions.
The carriage house building has a large conference room, easily able to seat 20 people.
The eight guestrooms and common rooms in the main house were all completely redone at the beginning of 2007. The guest and press response has been tremendous. The rooms are contemporary and stylish while still paying homage to the age and beauty of the building.
Down the hill from Bowdoin College, the inn enjoys clientele from across the map – Bowdoin visitors, tourists, business travelers and everything in between. Brunswick is a strong destination for retirees as shown in Money Magazine. Former Mainers, and especially Bowdoin graduates, are enjoying the pull of their former home to return to, and the inn gladly welcomes them in their visit.
