The established historic Victorian B&B consists of 3 private suites, each with sitting rooms and private baths and a owner's living area.

The Brummmall House was built in 1898 by Dr. J.D. Brummall.  It contains three separate suites the Garden Suite, the Verandah Suite and the Victorian Suite. Each suite has a queen size bed with a sitting room and a private bath The house also contains an owners living space. There is an easily accessible 1400 sq. ft. of attic space for additional expansion. The turnkey B & B includes all furnishings essential to the business and the rights to the web site.
