Each room or suite at St. Francis Inn is unique. All have private baths, antiques or reproduction furniture, central heat and air-conditioning, telephones, queen- or king-sized beds, color cable TV, and a radio alarm clock with CD player. Several have fireplaces, kitchenettes, and spacious whirlpool tubs. Many rooms also have a refrigerator. Our suites have queen-sized sleeper sofas in the sitting rooms. The Cottage is ideal for a family or for two couples.

The Graham Room is unique for its individuality. Featuring stained glass and a hammered tin ceiling, this small enchanting third floor room features a private bath down the hall. Guests enjoy this glimpse of the past and often prefer this affordable room. The Courtyard Room offers a private entrance off the courtyard into a cozy room with a comfortable double bed, fireplace* and an old-style bathroom with a bear-claw footed bathtub, and, of course, a shower. Marie's Room (pictured) is located on the first floor and provides a fireplace*, modern bathroom with shower, and a queen-sized bed. Step out of your room to the garden to enjoy a glass of tea in the Spanish-style courtyard. Anna's Room offers a comfortable queen bed, fireplace* and modern shower, as well as easy access to the second floor balcony where you may sit and enjoy a view of the garden and the peaceful sounds of the fountain. Lily's Room is a cozy sanctuary for our guests. Featuring a double bed, stained glass window and a hammered tin ceiling, this affordable room is a favorite of many of our guests. Located on the third floor and featuring floor to ceiling windows, Lily's Room offers guests a view of the courtyard and historic St. George Street. Miss Emily's Room, located in our Wilson House, is a cheerful and romantic room located on the second floor. This room features a queen-sized brass bed, a full bath with claw footed tub/shower and a private deck overlooking the natural setting behind the house. This room has access to a private shared kitchen. Margaret's Room, in our Wilson House, has a private deck and easy access to the courtyard from this first floor accommodation with king-sized bed (or twin beds) and full bath with corner whirlpool tub and shower. Garden Hide-Away... This small, but cozy, separate private unit which is raised over a protected outdoor sitting area, with spa/hot tub, a double bed, full bath, small refrigerator. The Ballerina Room... Located on the second floor, the Ballerina Room is named because of its magnificent portrait of a young ballerina. A picture from the Inn's past, the portrait occupies a place of honor above the fireplace* in this lovely room furnished with a queen-sized bed. A double jacuzzi tub can be found in the bathroom along with a modern shower. The Dummett Room (pictured) is named for one of the Inn's most notable owners. The room offers guests a queen bed, an in-room refrigerator, and a jacuzzi tub with shower. Wilson Suite Marie's Room The Dummett Room

Wilson Suite (pictured), in our Wilson House, is a charming two-room suite on the second floor with a queen-sized oak bed, a full bath with claw footed tub and shower, a sitting room with a queen sleeper sofa and access to the porch overlooking St. George Street. This room has access to a private shared kitchen.

The Balcony Room, located on the second floor, is one of the Inn's finest rooms. Perfect for a romantic getaway this spacious room with floor to ceiling windows, a private balcony, a two-person jacuzzi, a queen-sized four post bed, a fireplace* and a refrigerator features the best we have to offer. This magnificent room overlooks St. Francis Park and provides soothing respite from our guests' hectic schedules.

Elizabeth's Suite features two spacious second floor rooms overlooking St. Francis Park. A kitchenette fireplace* in the bedroom, a queen-size bed and a jacuzzi tub complete the amenities to be found in this charming suite which can accommodate up to four people.

The Overlook Room invites you to visit one of the Inn's most unique and beautiful rooms. Located on the third floor, this room offers a queen-sized bed, a two person jacuzzi, beautiful windows, and lovely views to welcome you to a private retreat high above the parks and streets of St. Augustine.

The Garcia Suite is one of our most spacious offerings. This two room third floor suite with a kitchenette, two person jacuzzi tub and lovely views of St. Francis Park is popular with guests who enjoy a king-sized bed and a separate sitting room. The lovely two room combination with a sleeper sofa makes this suite ideal for parties of two to four people.

Saffron Suite, in our Wilson House, is a spacious three-room suite located on the first floor. The suite has a queen-sized bed, a full bath with whirlpool tub and shower. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the front sitting plus a working fireplace. A small refrigerator and microwave are also available in this suite.

The Cottage is a two bedroom, two bath separate building overlooking the Inn's courtyard. It was formerly the Cookhouse / Slave Quarters for the main house and features an eat-in kitchen, one modern bathroom with whirlpool tub , a living room with working fireplace, and a sleeper sofa on the first floor. The two bedrooms (one with queen bed and one with two twin beds) and one of the baths are on the second floor. It is ideal for families...tariff is for four people.
