Guest Rooms/Rates
Each room or suite at St. Francis Inn is unique. All have private baths, antiques or reproduction furniture, central heat and air-conditioning, telephones, queen- or king-sized beds, and color cable TV. Several have fireplaces, kitchenettes, and spacious whirlpool tubs. Many rooms also have a refrigerator. Our suites have queen-sized sleeper sofas in the sitting rooms. "The Cottage" is ideal for a family or for two couples.
All tariff listings are based on double occupancy (except The Cottage).
Please add $25 for each extra person.
Also, tariffs do not include state or local taxes.
Weekly and monthly rates are also available; please inquire.
Tariffs include a buffet breakfast, use of Inn bicycles, admission to the St. Augustine Light House and Museum and 50% discounted admission to the Oldest House and evening social hour.

Smoking is not permitted in any building. There are numerous protected and attractive outside areas where smoking is allowed.
Due to our small size, we recommend reservations well in advance.
A deposit of one night's tariff is required to guarantee a reservation.
Cash, traveler's checks, personal checks, major credit cards and bank debit (ATM) cards are accepted.
If it becomes necessary to cancel your reservation, a $25 cancellation fee will apply.
Reservations must be canceled 7 days prior to arrival for refund of deposit, less cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after this 7 day deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit, if accommodation is not rented.
