In Jacksonville at the turn of the century, fifty mansions lined Riverside Avenue in an area known as "The Row". Only two of these fabulous mansions remain, and the newly renovated and refurbished Riverdale Inn is one of them.

With The Row Restaurant being on premise, dinner is available without having to leave the comfort of the Inn. For those that desire a nightcap, the Gum Bunch Pub is available. With all the available amenities of the Riverdale Inn, your stay will be a memorable experience.

  • Single rate discount is $30 for any room except Petite Lancaster.
  • For additional person in room. $30 Rollaway required to be added to room. Additional bed available for rooms 4, 5, 6, and 7.
  • All rooms except are equipped with a television with HBO, hair dryer, robes and telephone.
  • A DVD player is available upon request.
  • All prices are in U.S. Dollars, double occupancy, and are subject to change.
  • Rates subject to 13% state/bed tax.
  • Deposit greater of one-night's lodging or 50% of entire reservation plus tax.
  • Smoking on porches only.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    Should your plans change, be sure to call within the following guidelines for a refund of your deposit. A cancellation number will be given to insure proper return of the deposit. If the cancellation does not meet guidelines, the deposit will be retained.

    For early checkout, you are responsible for the entire reservation and will charged as such if the remainder of the reservation can not be rebooked. If unsure of the policy, contact the innkeeper for clarification.

    Please note a multiple room reservation is added together for the total of "reserved nights". For example, two rooms reserved for four nights would be 8 reserved nights. For this example, the 8 reserved nights cancellation period is 14 days.

    1 reserved night ---------------- 48 hours
    2 to 6 reserved nights --------- 7 days
    7 reserved nights or more --- 14 days
    Group reservations of four rooms or more.------------------- 30 days
