| Introduction |

The Inn at Oak Street is a grand Bed & Breakfast located in historic Riverside, just two miles from downtown Jacksonville and two blocks from the St. Johns River. We provide our guests with spacious accommodations in a luxurious and inviting atmosphere. Unlike a traditional B&B, the Inn's 6000 square foot main house offers an eclectic and upscale atmosphere, free of mementos and clutter, yet full of character in an urban historic environment.

The impressive exterior of our three story home is in the Frame Vernacular style with steeply pitched gable roof, shed dormers and a 70-foot wraparound porch. After two years of extensive renovation, the entire structure, including the heart pine floors, fireplaces and double-hung sash windows, has been restored to its original splendor.

We offer luxurious and spacious guestrooms, each elegantly furnished with an eclectic mix of antiques and reproductions blended with modern comforts. All guestrooms include a king or queen bed and amenities such as plush robes, fine linens with down pillows and comforters, and flat screen TV with DVD/CD player. Private baths in each room are appointed with unique features including whirlpool spa tubs, double head showers, imported Italian fixtures and bath products by Gilchrist & Soames.

The business traveler will find ample workspace in their room and wireless internet access to enjoy web surfing even on the front porch. Other business conveniences include copy and fax service and late check-in.
