Nestled amongst majestic Queen Palms, the Mango Inn Bed & Breakfast lies at the foot of the bridge leading to the white sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. Here warm Gulf Stream breezes maintain a delightful average 74 degrees.

Charming historic downtown Lake Worth is a short two blocks from the Inn. Ride bikes, stroll, or catch the trolley to downtown and spend time browsing through the boutiques, art galleries, museums, and abundant antique shops that have made Lake Worth an antique lover's paradise.

You won't get bored here! Centrally located, there are many day trips you can take. A leisurely 4-mile drive up A1A (the ocean road) takes you to Palm Beach where you can shop on world-famous Worth Avenue with its designer shops and upscale restaurants.

Hop on Tri-Rail and take a day trip to trendy South Beach (who knows, maybe you'll see a famous celebrity!), or Bayside Marketplace in Miami. If gambling is in your blood, catch one of the local cruiseboat's gambling junkets, or take a day cruise to the Bahamas from the Port of Palm Beach. Deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, golfing, polo, and greyhound racing are all within minutes of the inn.

Each guest room in this private home, built in 1915 is uniquely decorated. All the rooms boast down pillows, monogrammed designer bed linens, private baths, private entrances, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and fresh flowers from the gardens. The Inn has a heated swimming pool, and is only a ten minute walk to the beach.

As a guest of the Inn, you will awake each morning to a breakfast of fresh-baked breads such as mango-cashew muffins, orange scones with blackberry butter, Sally Lunn bread, homemade preserves and fresh tropical fruits. Guests may eat in the dining room by the coral stone fireplace, on the veranda overlooking the Mediterranean pool, or in the courtyard.

After breakfast, catch up on your favorite novel poolside. Or hop on one of the local San Francisco-style trolleys and head to the beach. Spend the day basking in the sun and enjoying water sports such as wind surfing, jet-skiing, snorkeling, or fishing off the 1,000 foot fishing pier.
