The five bedchambers

have unique furnishings with private baths for a 'feel' of their own. All have queen-sized beds with premium linens, period antiques, ceiling fans and a fireplace or wood stove. Three have Ultra® thermo-massage tubs. One has its own private second floor porch and one is handicapped accessible. All have wireless Internet access and TV's. Rates: $120 to $180 per evening inclusive of a full, served three course gourmet breakfast and complimentary beverages in the afternoon.

May we suggest Camille’s Cottage, our two bedroom, two full bath 1932 Craftsman Cottage! Completely restored, it offers 1,250 square feet of beautifully decorated comfort with a fully equipped kitchen right down to the dishes and blender! A spacious living room with LCD TV/DVD, seventy-plus channels of entertainment, an office area with spacious desk, free cable Internet access and local phone.

is to provide the ambiance of a grand Victorian home with modern conveniences, quality products, great food and exceptional service. We strive to maintain a relaxed, home-like atmosphere. Whether you need assistance with selecting a restaurant or finding your way to your favorite event, we're here to make your experience pleasurable.

The vibrant downtown of Gainesville

with its shops, Hippodrome State Theater and fine restaurants is within easy walking distance. Come and enjoy a soothing massage or take a carriage tour of the town on your way to dinner and the theater. The University of Florida campus with the Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, museums, a national power SEC sports program and the Shands Medical Center is but one mile away. Shands at AGH, the North Florida Regional Medical Center and the Malcom Randall Veterans Medical Center are close by. We're centrally located amidst some of the finest antique shops in North Florida. Then there's golf, canoeing, tubing, biking and bird watching! Or, if you prefer, relax and do nothing!

• We require a MasterCard or VISA credit card to confirm your reservation.
• We discount 2% for cash or check payment.
• A minimum stay may be required during special events.
• Call us between 10 AM and 8 PM (Eastern Time) for reservations and information.
• Check in is from 4 to 7 PM.
• Sunday check in is from 3 to 6 PM and by advance reservation only.
• Check out is 11 AM. A late check-out of 12, noon, can be requested.
• Rates are based on double occupancy with breakfast included and are subject to change without notice.
• For the safety and comfort of our guests, we are a non-smoking inn.
• We apologize that we cannot accommodate children under the age of 16 or pets.

• Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly!
• A $25 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. $50 for Camille's Cottage.
• Cancellations made 11 or more days before your arrival date will not be charged for lodging.
• Cancellations 10 days or less before your arrival date will result in the issuance of a gift certificate of like value which may be used within 60 days, assuming availability.
• Early departures fall within our cancellation policy.
• Please remember, a reservation confirmation is a commitment by us as well as by you!
