Keys Ocean Front Mansion - Islamorada, Florida Stay in the Florida Keys most prestigious, largest, and luxurious oceanfront mansion located in the heart of the world renown village of Islamorada! Why rent a room when you can roam thousands of luxurious feet of living rooms, dining rooms, decks, verandas, Tiki areas, all magnificently furnished to the finest detail. The properties many amenities include a 40 foot pool with Tiki bars located at both ends. Deep water access with on site boat rental and boat dockage. We offer boat and Jet Ski rentals on the premises. Exquisite dining as well as cozy Tiki bars all nearby.

The second floor offers two bedrooms with full baths, kitchen, dining room, living room, fireplace, wet bar and big screen television. Sit on the covered balcony with seating for 12 that overlooks the pool area and ocean. Watch the sunrise, host an elegant dinner, or watch the big game, this floor is perfect for any occasion. With its own private balcony the master suite is the ultimate relaxation destination. The third floor is complete with his and hers bathrooms and closets, a living area, and wet bar. Before entering the doors to the master suite you will find a small bedroom with a bunk bed. If needed a high chair and play pen can also be found on the third floor.

2007 Weekly Rates for the Entire Home
  • $10,000 per week low season (September-October)
  • $12,000 per week high season (January- August, November-December)
  • $15,000 per week Special Events/Holidays (Easter/Mini Lobster Season/Lobster Season/Thanksgiving)
  • $20,000 per week Christmas/New Year's
  • Weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday

  • Extra Charges
    • $300 Cleaning Fee
    • 11.5% State/BED Taxes
    • $1,000 Damage Security Deposit (Refunded within 2 weeks of departure, less damages, if any)
  • To Reserve: 10% Down, 40% Due 90 days prior to arrival
    • Remaining balance due 30 days prior to check-in
