Welcome to Grandview Gardens Bed and Breakfast, located in the heart of the Grandview Heights Historical Neighborhood. The West Palm Beach airport (Palm Beach International) is a 10 minute drive away.

Nestled in a tropical garden paradise, directly on Howard Park across from the Armory Art Center, this historical 1923 home has been carefully restored to reflect the original Spanish Mediterranean architecture inspired by many famous architects in South Florida over the last century.

The Original Pecky Cypress two storey vaulted ceilings, coral stone fireplace, terracotta floors combined with terraces overlooking the swimming pool and lush gardens with tropical fruit and flora create an atmosphere of "Old Florida Charm". Whether traveling for business or pleasure, Grandview Gardens provides an array of facilities and services to make your stay thoroughly enjoyable.

Accommodations:

Five individually decorated guestrooms, each accessible with a private entrance, are spacious with approximately 400 sq. ft. and have French doors opening to private terraces overlooking the swimming pool. Each guest suite features a king-size bed or two queen beds and a sitting area.

Rates and Policies:
  • Rates reflect double occupancy and range from $125 to $199 per night.
  • $15 per extra person.
  • Rates are subject to availability and may change without notice.
  • Children 12 years and younger are free when staying in a room with an adult with existing bedding.
  • During major conventions and special events in the shoulder and low seasons, high season rates may apply.
