Winter Garden (FL) Bed & Breakfast: The hotel has undergone a historic restoration, allowing guests to relive its 1927 charm while enjoying the modern comforts. From the antique sinks and fixtures to the original 1926 Otis elevator, the Edgewater is a bed and breakfast experience like none other in Orlando. We offer 15 guest accommodations, each with private bath. Breakfast is included in room rate.

Spacious single room comes with one double bed and a private bathroom with a tub and shower combo. The room is furnished with a chair, a desk/vanity, TV with a cabinet. 2 Guests, $75

The Honeymoon/Anniversary room is a much larger room with a double bed, a sitting area with a loveseat and coffee table. The room is also furnished with an armoire, a ceiling fan, TV, a nightstand, a vanity dresser and a wall mirror. The private bathroom has a tub and shower combo. 2 Guests, $90

*Suite 206/208*	Spacious suite comes with a double bed and a twin bed in room 206. Furnished with a dresser, TV/desk and a nightstand. The bathroom has a tub and shower combo, and connects through to the other room. Room 208 comes with a double bed and is furnished with a dresser, a nightstand, an antique barber's chair, and a TV with a desk.	2 Guests, $130
*Room 209*	This single room comes with a double bed and private bathroom has a walk-in shower. The room is furnished with a dresser, a desk, TV and a cabinet.	2 Guests, $70
*Room 214*	Spacious single room with a double bed and private bathroom has a tub and shower combo. This room is furnished with a desk, a dresser, a wall mirror, a chair and a TV.	2 Guests, $80
*Suite 216/218*	This suite comes with a double bed in room 216 and is furnished with a rocking chair, a dresser, a nightstand, and a TV with a cabinet. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and connects through to the other room. Room 218 comes with a full bed and is furnished with a dresser, a blanket rack and a TV with a desk.	2 Guests, $120
*Room 217*	This single room comes with a double bed and a twin bed. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower. The room is furnished with a dresser, a nightstand, and a TV with a cabinet.	2 Guests, $75
*Suite 219/221*	This suite comes with a double bed in room 219 and is furnished with a ceiling fan, a dresser with a vanity mirror, a desk, a TV with a cabinet and an antique barber chair. The bathroom that connects the two rooms has a tub and shower combo. Room 221 comes with a double bed and a twin bed. The room is furnished with a dresser, a nightstand, and a TV with a cabinet.	2 Guests, $125

Policies

If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please contact us at least (7) days prior to your arrival date for a full refund of your deposit less a $25 processing fee (10 or more rooms see below).
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. However, we will issue you a gift certificate for the days charged for which you did not stay. This gift certificate may be used anytime assuming availability (10 or more rooms see below).
For reservations of 10 rooms or more, the same rules for cancellations apply and there is a $350 non-refundable deposit due at the time you make the reservation. This $350 deposit will be applied to your stay at check-in.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and for special requests.
Check-in: 3 pm - 8 pm. If you are checking in outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out: 12 pm.
All of the Edgewater Hotel's rooms are nonsmoking. However, there is a designated area for smoking exterior to the building.
