The Eastwood Terrace Inn extends a pleasurable invitation to surround yourself in an atmosphere of times past. Experience the magic of 1925 relaxing in the gracious guest rooms or elegant suites, each with private bath. Start your morning with coffee, tea or juice in our spacious and inviting parlor, then enjoy a scrumptious breakfast served for our guests from 8-11 am in the beautifully decorated Palms Restaurant downstairs or on the inviting terrace. Afterwards, spend leisure time playing cards or board games. Stroll the promenade, or hide away on one of the two front porches warmly filled with plants and rocking chairs.

The Eastwood Terrace Inn is a three-story building built in 1924 as The Eastwood Terrace Hotel and was operated as a hotel until 1975. Henry A. DeLand purchased the original parcel of land in 1877. Currently, ten guest rooms are available. Room rates range from $80 to $175 per night. Prices are based on double occupancy; third and fourth guests are an additional $25 per person. Check-in is at 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and check-out by 11 a.m.

Enjoy the Florida sunshine while walking only four short blocks to the center of downtown DeLand, a National Historic District. Capture the ambiance of area antique and craft shops while browsing for that perfect treasure. If your interest is food, there are a variety of cafes and restaurants to satisfy your tastes. Centrally located in Florida, DeLand, the home of Stetson University, is within a few miles of Interstate 4, thirty minutes from Daytona and New Smyrna beaches, and little more than an hour's drive to all major Central Florida attractions. Additionally, you will be within minutes of many of the National Parks and Preserves of our area.
