The first floor rooms will include Pedro's Garden Suite and the Lord Gaston Suite.

On the 2nd Floor, two rooms have outside-only entrances to insure a truly private stay if you'd like: Santa Maria and Marco Polo. The Christopher Columbus has both an inside and outside entrance. Additionally, the Marco Polo room can be adjoined to either of the other two rooms.

This large room has the best view in St. Augustine.
Cuddle up in front of the fireplace, or read a book on the settee.

The 3rd Floor is probably most known for its intimacy. Both rooms
have whirlpool bathtubs, which even the most ardent bath lovers will adore.

• We are an adult-only bed and breakfast, and do not accept children under the age of 16.
• Smoking is permitted outdoors only, never inside.
• A deposit equal to the first night or 50% of extended stays of 5 or more nights is required at the time of reservation.
• All major credit cards accepted.
• Checks accepted for deposits on stays booked greater than 30 days from arrival.
• Balance must be paid by cash, credit card, or travelers checks; sorry, no personal checks.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• We ask that you not bring your pets.
• If it becomes necessary to cancel your reservation, a $25 cancellation fee will apply.
• Reservations must be canceled 7 days prior to arrival for refund of deposit, less cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made after this 7 day deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit, if accommodation is not rented.
