Cypress House Ranch Bed & Breakfast

This is a contractual agreement between Cypress House B&B and

___________________________ for the dates:________________________ 

For the price of $_____________ including taxes, and horse guide

tips.  The Wedding Party will have the use of the entire

property: 5 guest rooms and porches, kitchen from 11:00 a.m. to

9:00 p.m. on ____________ (1 day), use of a standard

refrigerator and deep freeze, large breezeway between house & barn

with gas and charcoal grills & picnic tables.  Campfire circle, all

lawns, gardens 6'X 6' rustic arbor or stylized tubular arbor

with draperies for ceremony, swimming pool, (not heated), barn

concrete center (20x50), concrete garage pad (18x30).  5 horses

for 2 hour forest trail ride.  (Additional horses @ $40 per

horse, plus $5 tip from each rider).



Music and alcohol acceptable for reception.  Names of

reliable rental agent for tent, tables, chairs, etc., and

caterer offered, but not required.  Some families prefer to

provide their own food for the reception.
