Guest Information
  • Pets: We regret that, for health & sanitation reasons, we are unable to permit pets in any of our guest rooms. We have 4 outdoor cats.

  • Smoking is permitted in open outdoor areas only.

  • We lack facilities for young children.

  • Arrival time is usually after 3:00 PM. Our entrance lane is 9/10 mile long. Follow the Cypress House signs posted along the way. Reflective markers are in place if you should arrive after dark.

  • Departure time is 11:00 AM.

  • With a deposit of 1 night's charges by Visa/MC/AE/DIS or check, your room will be held until you arrive. A full refund will be give with a cancellation notification 72 hours prior to the day of arrival. (ONE WEEK NOTICE REQUIRED FOR HOLIDAY WEEKENDS).

  • Cancellaltions must be by direct phone contact....NOT Voicemail..NO answerering machine.

    EQUINE ZERO LIABILITY STATUE: Effective October 1 1993: Under Florida law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for an injury to, or the death of, a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risk of equine activities. We require that guest riders show proof of medical insurance and sign a liability release form acknowledging awareness of the Florida Zero Equine Liability Law. Please bring bike helmets for children.
