Enjoy spectacular sunrises and stunning ocean views where playful dolphins are a frequent site from the Beach House's second floor Verandah. Our guest rooms and suites, each unique, feature ocean views, dune views and garden views and we encourage you to experience a different one on each visit!. All rooms and suites have elegant 300 thread count linens, sumptuous bedding, fluffy robes, and private bathrooms. Some rooms have a romantic fireplace, and many have a private entrance. Cable TV, complimentary wireless hi-speed internet, direct-dial in-room telephones, clock radio, cd/dvd/vcr combination players and hair dryers are features of every room.

Casual elegance abounds in our panoramic seascape location on the ocean. The Beach House features a warm interior of red oak and heart of pine floors, cypress walls, and stunning hand hewn Honduran pine beams in the soaring vaulted ceilings of the Great Room. A large fireplace, with its hand carved wood mantle, is a focal point in the living room, along with the comfortable upholstered furnishings and antiques which complement the home, lovingly built in 1940.
A gourmet breakfast, made with the finest ingredients (organic when available), is served each morning. We serve fresh baked muffins and scones, fresh fruit, juices, coffees and a daily gourmet special. Enjoy breakfast either in the Beach House dining room or the magnificent ocean view Verandah filled with inviting white wicker furniture and breakfast dining table. Heated Pool

8 person Jaccuzzi 		Enjoy our heated oceanfront pool and 8-person Jacuzzi, play a game of shuffleboard or really take it easy in the oversized hammock. Bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards are available for our guests. On-site spa treatments and massages can be arranged by our staff. Historic St. Augustine, rich in history and full of shops and restaurants, is conveniently located just 10 minutes away. The beach bus makes hourly trips to and from the Historic and Fort area.
