The Floridian Suite Located on the second floor with its own private entrance, this newly renovated two room Jacuzzi suite features: a wet bar, mini-fridge, micro-wave oven and coffee maker; a private sitting room and separate bedroom with a very romantic antique iron KING-size bed. An oval Jacuzzi tub (and shower), and private sun deck with awning, explains why this romantic suite is favored by our honeymoon couples. The Floridian Suite offers a mini-split A/C heat pump for total environmental control and DVD in the bedroom for late night movies. Couples also have the added luxury of having breakfast in their room. From $269 to $299 /night (Can accommodate a third person $40)

The Sanibel Jr. Suite Our newest room is our most private. Located on the first floor with a separate rear entrance. The Sanibel Jr. suite features a KING size bed and a full bath with a large two person Jacuzzi tub (& shower) and a state of the art flat screen TV. Like the Floridian, this room is very popular with our honeymoon couples. From $229 to $259/night

The Grove This dramatic rustic room is filled with warmth and color. Rest your weary soul in a lovely QUEEN size wicker and iron sleigh bed. Melt your stress away in our stone shower equipped with a bench for added relaxation. A flat screen TV is also available for your viewing pleasure. This room is located on the second floor and has access to the upstairs wrap around porch. From $159 to $189/night

Emily's Room A baby Victorian tub (with a shower) is nestled in an alcove of the room where a French dressing screen provides privacy for the more demure. The rest of the bathroom, although still in the bedroom, is "behind closed doors" for privacy. The queen size antique bed is draped with a lace bedspread while matching curtains frame the 2nd floor balcony french door. Nature lovers appreciate the easy access to the Garden gazebo and its hot tub Jacuzzi. From $139 to $169 /night

Noni's Room This charming room is decorated in lilacs and lace with an antique brass, queen-sized bed and a full private bathroom which features a baby claw-footed tub & shower and a sink created from the base of an antique Singer sewing machine. A private balcony makes this little hide-a-way a romantic step back into time. From $149 to $179/night

The St. Augustine Grand Suite This spacious and elegant first floor room features a Sleigh KING size bed and sitting area. A full size bathroom with a large Jacuzzi tub (& shower) as well as two private entrances, one from the front wrap-around porch and one interior entrance from the main house. From $249 to $269/night

Reservation Information

• We have a minimum stay on the weekends of two nights whenever a Saturday night is involved; holiday minimums may vary. A credit card deposit equal to the full stay is required to confirm your reservation unless other arrangements are made. Deposits are refundable (less a $50 Non-refundable portion ($100 for the two Jacuzzi rooms and for holidays and special occasions)) if notice is given at least 7 days prior to arrival (14 days for holidays, special events and the two Jacuzzi rooms). Within 7 days of arrival (or 14 days as stated above), you are responsible for the entire stay. If the room can then be re-rented, only the non-refundable portion of the initial deposit will be forfeited.
• We accept Visa, MC, Discover, Amex Cards and personal checks.
• Additional persons are $39.
• We are sorry, but we cannot accommodate young children under 10 years old and we can not accept pets (of ALL ages!).
• Check-in: 3 PM - Check-out: 11 am
