The Cedar House Inn is an intimate 7 room Bed and Breakfast located in the heart of downtown. The Cedar House Inn is within walking distance to historic sites, museums, great restaurants for fine dining and quaint shops. In keeping with the heritage of the home, with its polished pine floors and 10 foot high ceilings, the bedrooms are decorated in Period and Floridian themes. Each air conditioned bedroom contains a King or Queen-size bed, private bath, cable TV, telephone, wireless high speed (DSL) access to the internet, on-site guest parking, and numerous outside balconies to lounge in. Four bedrooms have Whirlpool and Jacuzzi tubs. St. Augustine lodging does not get any better than what we offer here at the Cedar House Inn. |

While touring the city, drink in the architectural structures from the nineteenth century "Gilded Age" of Henry Flagler, who brought about hotels and railroads, all of which continue to stand today in their previous glory. Now you can take part in the exploration of its fine history. Beginning in the 1950's, St. Augustine Florida has placed notable efforts on restoring and preserving many of its historical structures. This accomplished a "living history" among the remains and the structures which continue to exist from each of its fulfilling centuries. These include everything from a seventeenth-century fortress, to many eighteenth-century buildings that represent the historical richness of St. Augustine.
