Amenities include a state of the art kitchen and lavishly decorated living and dining rooms. Upper and lower story verandas afford places to relax and enjoy the spectacular view of the lavish gardens. While the gardens and walkways are beautiful by day, they are quite spectacular at night with underground lighting that illuminates the pool and trees.

White Rose Room
White Rose Room 		Guests have the option of eating or relaxing outside with many cozy places to sit and enjoy the magnificent gardens. In the hotter season they can enjoy the beautiful dining room which features antique pine furniture, and a handcrafted Tuscan Villa chandelier.

Featuring three spacious guest rooms and a charming, detached beach cottage, each and every room in the expansive home has been tastefully appointed in a grand effort to make your stay one of ultimate relaxation and enjoyment.

White Rose Room
Our most luxurious guest room (20'x 30') is beautifully furnished with a four-poster king size bed, tv, 2 paddle fans, and new, red oak floors. Features a fabulous bath with 2 vanities, a large tub, and separate shower — both in white Italian tile. Three French doors lead out to the veranda with a magnificent view of the pool and gardens. $240/$195*
Tuscany Rose Room Suite
This truly charming and comfortable suite features a queen size bed, paddle fans, wood floors, 2 televisions, tub and shower. Enjoy a separate area for sitting and relaxing with a French door leading out to the veranda that affords a lovely view of the pool and gardens. $210/$180*
Tropicana Rose Room
This cozy and bright room features a queen size bed, paddle fan, wood floors, television, and very spacious bath with shower. $160/$135*
Beach Rose Cottage
Nestled among the tropical landscape, the Beach Rose Cottage is conveniently next to our pool. Inside the colors and decor are beachy and nautical, with seafoam walls, a full size sleigh bed, TV, paddle fan, tiled floors, and a large bath with stall shower. A lovely kitchen, with coffee maker and extras, completes this romantic package. $175/$145*
