Main House - 10 Suites and 2 Rooms
The Main House fronts Avenida Menendez, the main thoroughfare on St. Augustine's bayfront. Here you will find guest common areas: check-in desk, breakfast dining room, living room, the Tini Martini Bar, and the wide bayfront verandah and entrance gardens with dining tables for breakfast or evening cocktails. Guest rooms and suites occupy both floors of the Main House, each totally unique, many with their own decorative fireplace, Jacuzzi, peaceful sitting area, and private outdoor porch or deck sitting area.

The Coach House is located directly behind the Main House, fronting on the charmingly narrow brick-paved Charlotte Street. Each of the eight Coach House rooms has individually chosen antique furnishings, accented by the most modern amenities and comforts. Coach House Rooms have two-jack telephones and flat screen TVs and DVD players and sound machines, ceiling fans, and plantation shutters in the windows. The four ground floor rooms have private covered porches, all overlooking historic Charlotte Street.

The secluded accommodations of Casablanca's Secret Garden are across the street from the Coach House, down a brick walking path and behind a fenced-in lush tropical garden. The three unique suites offer kitchenettes, dining areas, sitting areas, and outdoor decks for a more homey atmosphere. All Secret Garden guests can enjoy the inviting benches and chairs in the peaceful gardens that adjoin the building. The Secret Garden accommodations are Casablanca's pet-friendly rooms.

Rates are quoted as Sun - Thurs OR Fri/Sat/Holiday/Peak Season
All rates are based on double occupancy. Please add $15 for each extra person.
Rates are subject to change during holiday periods, seasonal periods, and special events.
A two- or three-day stay may be required on the weekends, holidays and special events.
Your stay includes a full two-course breakfast every day.
Designated off-street parking is available during your stay.
Midweek rates (Sundays - Thursdays) are not available during Holiday and Peak Season rate periods
Peak Season rates apply to all stays during our peak period of February 14 through May 31, 2008
Deposit: We will hold your reservation with a credit card.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, traveler's checks and cash.
Cancellation: We do not charge an advance deposit unless you reserve three or more rooms.
If you cancel a confirmed reservation more than seven days in advance, we charge a $25 cancellation fee.
For reservations cancelled within the last seven days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we charge for one night's stay if we cannot re-rent the room.
This is a No Smoking Inn. Smoking is permitted on the decks outside rooms and in specified locations on porches.
We welcome children over age 10.
Check-in time is 3 to 10 pm. If you will be later than this, please call ahead to let us know.
