We'd like to welcome you to our little piece of paradise: The Beach Drive Inn Bed & Breakfast in beautiful Downtown St. Petersburg, FL. And, like all of our guests, we think you'll agree that this is the place you were dreaming about.

Our biggest attraction, however, is our historic inn, which has been meticulously maintained and newly redecorated to provide the ultimate relaxation experience. Our 6 beautifully appointed rooms will "take you away" and "take you back" to a time when life seemed so much easier and most definitely more comfortable.

From the newly-refurbished classic decor right down to the squeezably soft bath robes that are included in every room, we've done it all for you. We're also the only Bed in Breakfast in the area that can sell wine & beer. The following is the short list of what you'll find when you're our guest.   • Rates range from $149 to $275 per night, single or double occupancy.
  • Additional guests are $25 per guest.
  • Arrival Time: 3 - 6 PM; Checkout Time: 11 AM Please tell us if you require an early arrival or a late checkout.
  • We serve our guests complete, well- balanced breakfasts.
  • Please be advised that there may be a two night minimum stay during high season and during events.
  • There is no smoking anywhere inside, including your room.
  • Call About Our Pet Policy.
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
  • We charge one (1) night for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.
  • All rooms subject to 7% state sales tax & 5% county tourism tax.
