Welcome to the Alling House!

We invite you to sit for a spell on the swing on our large front porch and relax. Take a peek at the large goldfish in our small pond, walk across the wide open landscaped front yard. Enter the house that was the home of E.B. Alling, a well-known Orange City mayor, for over 40 years. You will find the house has been well preserved and is decorated in a comfortable Victorian style that reflects its heritage.

Each room has a private bathroom with oversized towels and fluffy robes for your comfort. The common area on the second floor is available to relax in, watch television, read, play games or access the Internet. This area also contains an ice machine and a small refrigerator with drinks and snacks.

Rose Room Luxurious king-sized, carved Indonesian mahogany bed, sitting area, large private bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub.
The Homestead Cottage Queen-sized bed, twin beds in loft, fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, washer/dryer, private bathroom with shower, Cable TV. Full breakfast available in main house for $5 per person.
The Victorian Cottage New in 2007, this cottage is decorated with a Victorian Lace theme. It is equipped with a king-sized bed, queen hide-a-bed, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, electric fireplace, 2 person whirlpool tub, private bathroom with shower, Cable TV and WIFI computer. Full breakfast available in main house for $5 per person.
The Frontier Cottage New in 2007, this cottage is decorated with a Western Frontier theme in the mold of Bonanza or John Wayne. It is equipped with a king-sized bed, queen hide-a-bed, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, electric fireplace, 2 person whirlpool tub, private bathroom with shower, Cable TV and WIFI computer. Full breakfast available in main house for $5 per person.
The Nature Cottage New in 2008, this cottage is decorated in a way that takes its occupants back to nature. It is equipped with two bedroom areas with queen sized bed and bunk beds, full hide-a-bed couch, equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, Internet PC and cable TV with VCR/DVD. Full breakfast available in main house for $5 per person.
The Railroad Cottage New in 2008, this cottage is decorated in a way that carries its guests back to the days when our nation's railroad industry was in its heyday. It is equipped with two bedroom areas with queen sized bed and two twin beds, full hide-a-bed couch, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, Internet PC and cable TV with VCR/DVD. Full breakfast available in main house for $5 per person.
