Central Florida Eco Adventure
Explore one of Central Florida?s most beautiful natural habitats. Choose any room to stay in and then choose two excursions from the following three choices:
A one hour horseback trail ride at Rock Springs Run Stables or ride down a natural spring-fed stream on an inner tube at Rock Springs State Preserve where the water temperature is always 72 degrees providing a cool, relaxing respite on a hot Florida day. Or Kayak the beautiful Wekiva River for up to two hours. A gourmet picnic lunch will be delivered to the site or you may choose to lunch at the Inn between excursions. The rate is $150 per person for a full day of outdoor adventure.

Wine & Dine at the Inn
Dinner at the Inn:
Your innkeepers, both accomplished chefs, one a graduate of the famed CIA (Culinary Institute of America); will prepare a three course meal for you. Choose various menus or we can customize a menu for you.(Contact us by email or telephone before your arrival to discuss menu options.) You may dine on our intimate front porch by candle light or in our beautiful dining room. Complimentary wine is served with the first and second courses. Coffee or tea completes the dinner. Seating is limited, so please book early. $65 per person, plus tax and 20% gratuity.

Wine & Dine at Adora Inn:
Each month this Historic Inn hosts a wine tasting dinner event. Both innkeepers/owners create thematic four course meal with paired wines for each course. A comfortable setting for a wine presentation, a wine industry professional provides an casual yet informative presentation. The modern furnishings and fine art combine to create a sophisticated ambiance. Cost: $70 per person plus tax & 20% gratuity.

September 9th theme: A "Taste of South Africa" paired with reginal South African wines, $70 per person plus tax & gratuity. Up coming dinners: October 7th, November 11th, and December 9th, 2007, Contact us for menu specifics, reservations required
