 Amelia Island, Florida (FL) Bed & Breakfast: Three antebellum-style houses encircle an enchanting courtyard. The meticulously restored main building was built in 1876, while the other two homes were constructed in 1996 to compliment the architecture of the main house. Guest rooms feature luxurious linens, lavish Turkish cotton towels and some rooms boast a fireplace, jetted or soaking tubs and private, semi-private or public porches and patios.

Room 1 A quiet retreat decorated in warm golden colors, Room 1 boasts a king-sized, four-poster bed, soaring 11-foot ceilings, ceiling fan, custom linen draperies, wingback chair, desk, decorative fireplace, and an armoire with TV. The floors are done in the original heart-of-pine planking. The room is on the main floor of the historic main house. The spacious bathroom-rare to find in a 19th-century home-has a deluge shower.
$185 weekdays, $225 Friday, Saturday.
Room 2 The bay window in this room welcomes the morning sun. The room has a queen-sized bed, upholstered chair and desk, decorative fireplace, ceiling fan, and armoire with TV. The spacious bathroom has a jetted soaking tub and a separate shower.

Room 3 One of our favorite rooms, this luxurious retreat is on the upper floor of the historic building, facing Ash Street. A large private balcony opens off the room and affords a lovely place to relax in a rocking chair and take in the neighborhood of Victorian homes that surround the Addison on Amelia. The room has four large windows flanked by dramatic silk draperies and a king-sized bed, decorative fireplace, 11-foot ceilings, ceiling fan, and an armoire with TV and DVD/VCR player. The bathroom features a soaking tub and a separate shower.
$210 weekdays, $250 Friday, Saturday
Room 4 Located on the second floor of the historic main house, Room 4 has a comfortable king-sized bed and features dramatic 11-foot ceilings, custom linen draperies, a ceiling fan, original hardwood floors, a decorative fireplace, a desk and high-backed upholstered chair, and an armoire with TV. The bathroom has a large jetted tub with integral shower.
$200 weekdays, $240 Friday, Saturday
Room 5 Secluded on the second floor in the main historic building, this room, decorated in warm green and gold, features a queen-sized bed and a desk. The bathroom is equipped with a large glassed-in shower with deluge shower head.

Room 6 A semi-private front terrace with rattan chairs outside this room offers a sheltered view of the courtyard fountain and flowers. Inside, this gold-and-coral-toned room has a king-sized iron canopy bed, a desk and upholstered chair, armoire with TV, CD player, and an individual climate-control system. The bathroom has an oversized jetted tub with integral shower.

Room 7 Just outside Room 7, a semi-private front terrace with a comfortable settee for two offers a sheltered view of the courtyard with its fountain, gardens, and walkways. This room has been designed to be ADA compliant.

Room 11 This room is perfect for family members traveling together or a couple of friends on a getaway weekend. The room is on the second floor above the courtyard and has a semi-private balcony with bistro table and chairs. The room is fitted with twin beds, a desk, an armoire with a TV, a CD player, and an individual climate-control system. The bathroom has a large shower.

Room 14 This romantic getaway spot features a private balcony shaded by palm trees with rattan chairs and a view of the Victorian homes on Ash Street. Room 15 Decorated in cool blue and light wood tones, Room 15 is on the second floor of the front courtyard house. The room has a semi-private, sheltered balcony with a bistro table and chairs from which to enjoy the courtyard view. The room has a four-poster, queen-sized bed, an armoire with TV, and an individual climate-control system. The bathroom has a deluxe spa shower.

Policies
  • Rate is per room, per night and includes a full breakfast for two persons.
  • All rates are subject to state and local taxes.
  • Supplementary charges on room rate may apply on festival/holiday periods; please inquire.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice due to festivals, events and special discount offers.
  • All prices are for one night, double occupancy.
  • A 2-night minimum stay may be required on weekend nights; either Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday.
  • 3-night stays may be required during special events and festivals.
  • Children over the age of 12 are permitted in some rooms for an additional $25 per day. Advance arrangements must be made.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
  • A deposit equal to one night's lodging is required to secure a reservation.
  • This amount will be billed to the credit card at the time of reservation confirmation.
  • The balance is due at check out.
  • Check in time is 3 to 6 PM. Please notify us if a late check in is required. Check out time is 11 AM.
  • Non-Smoking Policy
    • The Addison On Amelia, including all rooms, common areas, the courtyard and decks, is a non-smoking environment.
    • An additional charge of $150 plus one room night and applicable tax will be billed to people smoking on the property.
  • Cancellation Policy
    • Deposits, less a $25 processing fee, will be refunded provided reservations are cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
    • Consideration will be made if the room can be re-booked.
    • Failure to check in or cancel a reservation will result in the entire stay being charged.
