The Mermaid Room - Upstairs adjacent to the guest kitchentte and overlooking our fountain with full private bath and lots of space to relax. $150 - $160 $85 - $145
The Flamingo Room - Located on our ground floor with private detached bath. It features ceiling fans, private walk out deck, fabulous bird watching and large sitting area. $140 - $155 $70 - $135

  • In Season: May 1 - October 31; Off Season: November 1 - April 30
  • Rollaway beds: additional $30 per night.
  • Rates do not include DE 8% occupancy tax.
  • Deposit: 1 night rental deposit within 7 days of making the reservation.
  • Cancellations: 10 days notice in season, 3 days off season, required for full refund.
  • A $50 fee charged for all cancellations, refunds not given for inclement weather.
  • Check-in: 3 pm, Check-out: 11 am.
  • When you check out and decide to spend the day in the area, we will store your bags free of charge and you can use our outside shower to freshen up.
  • The Lazy L is smoke free. For guests who smoke we have outside decks and smoking areas.
