In the morning, you'll awaken to the mouth-watering aroma of freshly baked muffins, and a beautifully prepared breakfast awaiting you in the dining room.

Miles and Miles of Beach to Explore The Addy Sea has 13 guestrooms and accommodates 37 comfortably. Building restoration has been done, taking great care to remain true to tradition and the dignity of this elegant Victorian lady. Guests can step off the veranda onto the beach, then retreat to the rocking chairs in the afternoon to enjoy the shade and sea breeze. Enter the parlor and step into another era, under the Victorian chandelier, and enjoy afternoon tea or lemonade along with some of our baked delicacies. After a relaxing day by the ocean, a walk in the sand and on the boardwalk, it is time to rest in our magnificent beds designed for your utmost comfort. Rest and relaxation are the keywords at the Addy Sea, come and see for yourself.

Weddings, receptions, gatherings or meetings may be conducted September 15th
through June 15th (excluding Memorial Day weekend).

Reservation Information
  • Rate is for a room with occupancy of two persons and includes a full gourmet breakfast and afternoon tea.
  • Adults guests over 21 only
  • Sorry, no pets, porter or room service
  • No guest phones
  • No TV (except room 12)
  • Rate based on double occupancy
  • Friday & Saturday minimum stay during July & August
  • A deposit of one half of the total rate is due upon making reservations.
  • Checks and all major credit cards are accepted.
  • If paying cash on arrival, a credit card is needed on file.
  • Cancellations are accepted with a 10 day advance notice. Less than a 10 day notice will forfeit the deposit.
  • There is a $25 processing fee on all cancellations.
  • Reservations for holiday weekends (i.e., Memorial, 4th of July and Labor Day) require a 3 day minimum with full payment in advance which is not refundable or transferable should you cancel the reservation.
