There are a total of 6 guest rooms at the B&B, located on the second, third and 4th floors. The Slate and Chocolate rooms are both located on the second floor and offer queen-sized beds and private baths. The Suede room and Master Suite are located on the third floor and also offer queen-sized beds and private baths. The 4th floor is the location for the last 2 guest rooms, each again with a queen-sized bed. These two rooms shared a hall bath. There is an additional living area on this floor with two sleeper sofa's. This floor can be reserved as a suite making for very comfortable accommodations for a family or group traveling together. (Maximum of 6 persons allowed for the suite.) Chocolate Room

Queen-sized bed and private full bath 		Meridian Manor also offers an English basement 1 - bedroom apartment. The apartment includes a bedroom with queen bed, full bath, living room with sleeper sofa, kitchen and laundry facilities. The apartment is available for shorter stays or monthly for visitors who need to be in DC for extended lengths of time.

Meridian Manor includes color televisions with cable in all rooms, and complimentary wireless Internet access throughout the B&B. For those traveling to DC with a car, there is one garaged parking space available for an additional $15 per night.
