Our one bedroom suites come with a king size bed, writing desk, kitchenette with microwave, mini refrigerator and dining table, private bathroom and living room with queen size sofa bed. $150/based on double occupancy; $75 additional for sofa bed.

Two Bedroom

Our two bedroom suites come with two queen size beds, writing desk, kitchenette with microwave, mini refrigerator and dining table, private bathroom and living room with queen size sofa bed. $200/$125 for each bedroom; $75 additional for sofa bed.

Guest Information
  • The front desk is open from 9:30 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday and 9:30 am to 4 pm Saturday and Sunday.
  • Check-In: between 2:30 pm and 5 pm. You are welcome to check in as early as 7:30 am. We will be happy to hold your luggage (your room will not be available until approx. 2:30 pm).
  • There is a late check-in fee of $25 after our normal business hours until 11:30 pm. We are sorry but there are no check-ins after 11:30 pm unless arranged with manager.
  • Check out is at 11 am. If you are departing the city at a later time, we will be glad to hold your luggage.
  • Garage parking must be reserved in advance of guest reservation. Parking garages are closed on Saturday and Sunday unless patron has reserved access card in advance.
  • There is limited free street parking on Saturday and Sunday. Guests are advised to read all meters and parking signs carefully.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the guest to comprehend and adhere to all parking guidelines set forth by the city.
  • Washington, D.C. Law prohibits smoking in indoor public areas. The Inn at Dupont Circle is a non smoking facility.
  • We do not accept pets. Animals used for physically challenged guests are welcomed. A deposit of $100 is required.
  • There is no computer available for guests to use. We do have free Wireless access for your laptop use.
  • If you cancel, there is a $25 non- refundable cancellation fee. If we are notified less than 7 days, we will retain the total amount.
  • If we are able to rebook the dates, we will refund for the dates we were able to rebook minus the $25 fee.
