Adam's Inn Bed & Breakfast

• Reservations: Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners’ Club). Cash and travelers' checks are also accepted.
• Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to check-in time on your scheduled day of arrival. Late cancellations will result in a charge for one night’s stay at the quoted room rate.
• Minimum Stay: 2-night minimum stay is required for Sat. night reservations.
• Check-In: Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. daily. If you anticipate a later check-in (after 9 p.m.), please let us know so we can make the proper arrangements. You are welcome to check in earlier if your room is ready. If you arrive prior to 3 p.m. and your room is not ready, we will gladly hold your luggage for you.
• Check-Out: Check out is at 12:00 p.m. If you are catching a late afternoon or evening flight, we will store your luggage until 9 p.m.
• Restrictions: No pets, no smoking.
• Breakfast: Nightly rates include a continental breakfast in our sunny breakfast room.
• Children: Children of all ages are welcome.
• Occupancy: Occupancy of our Guest Rooms is limited to registered guests.
• Parking: Limited garage parking can be reserved for an additional $10/night.
