Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel your reservation, please notify host 10 days prior to your arrival date or you will be charged for one night.
  • Holiday weekend and special events require two weeks notice. Yale graduation requires 90 days.
  • A $35.00 service fee per room is charged for any cancellation prior to 10 days.
  • Same day cancel & No shows pay full amount of reservation.

Guests waive any claim which may arise against Swan Cove; indemnify and save them harmless from such claims.
